Today at Stover I was helping Alex with the last of the shed foundations - it should be arriving this week. Lots of spirit levels and kicking pieces of wood - mostly to adjust their position, but partly out of frustration as it took us all day to do three planks! Also lots of digging involved - yipee, my favourite.
To finish off the day I had a wander round the lake, saw a pair of Bullfinches on the feeder (YAY! You know how a love a fat-pinky!) and spotted the first Mallard duckling with its mother - either none of the other eggs managed to hatch, or the brood has already been predated!
